A monument to POWs and MIAs from World War II is dedicated on Memorial Day, May 30, 2005 in Lake Zurich, Illinois. The monument consists of a large piece of granite with a chunk missing, symbolizing POWs and MIAs from World War II. It was unveiled by former prisoners of war including Don Wilkening, pictured on the left in the tan sweater.
