Caption on the back reads: "The White House Library, recently restored and redecorated, is a cheerful and inviting room in the classical style of the early 19th century. The room is furnished with a set of caned furniture made by Duncan Phyfe. The crystal chandelier was once owned by the family of James Fenimore Cooper." Postcard was never mailed.
