Louis Leuttschwager and his wife Sophia (nee Pauling) lived in the home from 1911 to 1932. In 1942, Victor Bedingfield bought the house for $9,000. He and his wife, Jean, and their four children lived there till 1984. That year it was sold to the Dew Family. This house was built approximately 1888 and was remodeled in the 1950s.
