Mr. Ramseyer received Bacheler and Law degrees from IWU in 1915 and 1916, respectively. The 1929 Alumni Directory states that he also graduated from State Normal (ISU) in 1912, that he had been teaching for two years and had been a Sergeant in the U.S. Army and a member of the firm of Pratt, Hefferman & Ramseyer. We do not have a record of when he wrote this history, but the latest source cited in it is dated December 29, 1934.
