Postcard depicting the Women's Patriotic Service League parade in Niles Center, Illinois in 1918. The parade is shown traveling on Lincoln Avenue toward Oakton Street. Shown: fifteen men carrying the new Village American flag; followed by Liberty Bell float carrying Helen Siegel with Jackie Bernard Hoss and Private Weber of Tessville, Illinois. This postcard is part of the collection of the Skokie Historical Society.
