- Description
St. Joseph's was built in 1905 to replace Saints Peter and Paul Church on First Street when that building was destroyed by fire in 1904. This structure originally had a steeple which was struck by lightning and destroyed. The building pictured here was replaced in 1970 to accommodate a larger congregation.
