- Description
In moving from Chicago to North Chicago, the University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School took over VA buildings 50 and 51 in 1974. The two red brick buildings were almost 70,000 square feet of instructional and administrative and office space, including labs, a library, student lounge and health services. A computer lab was later added to building 51. These buildings were replaced in 1980 by the Basic Sciences Building.
