Letter from Bensenville Village President Richard A. Weber, to Neil Fulton, Illinois Department of Transportation, Division of Water Resources in which he strongly requests that the State of Illinois investigate the City of Chicago's land fill operations and chemical dumping at O'Hare. Further President Weber asks that the the State of Illinois enforce all appropriate flood plain management regulations.
