The slide reads: "Rock Island." The photograph shows a red Rock Island Railroad caboose with the markings "R I 19115." It is stopped on the tracks along the Peoria waterfront. A railroad signal, a streetlight, and a fence are behind the caboose. The Wallace Station owned by Central Illinois Light Company and located on the East Peoria Side of the Illinois River is visible in the background.
