A collection of 24 small bells and six medals made of brass. Medals have an image of an angel over a burning city and text reading CHICAGO OCT 8-9 1871. FORT DEARBORN CHICO 1812 on front, and an image of phoenix rising from ashes encircled by text reading MADE FROM CHICAGO COURT HOUSE BELL/SEMPER RESURGENS. Bells and medals are in a leather case with purple satin lining with gold text stamped into interior of lid reading EVERHART & CO'S/SOUVENIRS...
