Full color watercolor on paper of a white man in a military uniform consisting of a black jacket with white buttons and high red collar with white piping, in addition to a white epaullete on the left shoulder, he appears to be wearing a tightly wound black scarf around his neck. He is facing slightly left. Painting is in an oval brass frame.
