Victoria Terronez was born on March 13th, 1953 in Daventport, Iowa to Mexican American parents. She attended West Davenport High School, Marycrest University, and St. Ambrose University. She is currently the Hispanic Program Manager at the Rock Island Arsenal. She's had two daughters, Elena and Micaela, graduate from Augustana College.
