This brick home was built in 1929 and in 1930 and 1935, it was home to William F. Neumann, a barber, his wife, Dorothy, and one child. In 1939, Louis Clark, a towerman for the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad, lived there with his wife, Christina, and their son, Bruce, who also worked for the railroad.
