This home was probably built in the late 1860s. By 1909, it was the residence of William W. Guild. In 1930, George (a barber) and Emma Weisgerber lived there along with Emanuel (Arlington Park employee) and Cecelia Machnik. From 1935 to at least 1943, Fred (a fireman) and Wilhelmina Dettmer lived there. The house has been demolished and the site on which it stood is now part of a service station on Northwest Highway.
