Caption on back of card continues: Opened in 1929, the 16 story Elgin Tower Building is the tallest building west of downtown Chicago.
Color postcard. Front of card oriented vertically. Street corner view, with signs of some neighboring businesses visible. Building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
