This building was the first to house the Illinois College of Chiropody, now known as the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine from 1912 to 1921. The school initially occupied only one of the three floors though it filled the building, by 1918, with labs, lecture halls and clinical rooms that saw patients.
