Picture postcards
Caption on back of card continues: Model serial number 312, one of 1,000 made, was state of the art in weaponry at the time. Was located at the former Grand Army of the Republic Post approx. 305 N. Main St. Moved to present location at American Legion building approx. 1947. Rededicated at April 1, 2001, ceremony.
Black-and-white postcard. Picture on front of card reproduces older photograph. Depicts cannon on stone base with sign that reads: G.A.R. Post 603.
