Newspaper article from June 8, 1942 Bloomington, Illinois Pantagraph described the Nat Livingston family and friends, who collected aluminum foil for the WW II war effort. 14 pounds had been collected at the time the article was printed, mostly from cigarette packages. Mrs. Cassie Livingston is pictured holding an armload of metal foil.
