Cover is a black-and-white chalk lithograph of a four-story building with the nameplates "Fitchburg Hotel" and "McIntire & Jaquith." Several people and a horse-drawn coach are in front of the building.

Published 1851-1853 based on plate number. The Fitchburg Hotel was constructed in 1850 at a cost of $38,000. It opened in 1851 under the proprietorship of David F. McIntire and Caleb W. Jaquith. They closed the hotel in 1853, but it reopened within weeks under different management. Rollstone Hill is a location in the town of Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
