This building was built about 1989. In this photo Fleet Feet and Budget Pack were occupants. Tribal Expressions replaced Budget Pack about 1992. In 2006, Runner's High 'n Tri (Fleet Feet's successor) moved to Campbell Street and Tribal Expressions, which sold Native American works, expanded and took over the entire first floor.
