- Description
Molded rubber figure - a caricature of FDR laughing. The base of the object curves outward from the top and the bottom, which makes it rock as if nodding when tapped. Molded on the base: GOING TO RUN 3rd TERM- JUST TAP MY CHIN. The 3 has been filed or cut off , and a 4 written in. The rubber is dark brown. Black paint highlights on the eyebrows, eyes, and hair line.
