Southern Illinois being known as Egypt it is fitting that the region's largest daily newspaper should have its building in Egyptian architecture. The multi-colored full terra cotta tile interior reproduces famous ancient Egyptian museum bas-reliefs, and is an interesting exposition of ancient Egyptian art, being as unique as it is beautiful.
