During World War II Charles Overstreet sent postcards to his friend Curley Belt back home in Flora, Illinois. Since Charlie was more comfortable with drawing pictures than writing words, he decorated his postcards with original ink drawing depicting army life in a humorous. It is postmarked June 19, 1944 and was mailed from Camp Rucker, Alabama.
