Tableau 35 in atlas: Illustrations to Maximilian, Prince of Wied's Travels in the interior of North America. Studies of the hill and rock formations viewed along the Missouri during the Maximillian jouney in 20 frames. In 1836 Maximilian commissioned Bodmer to create illustrations to accompany the text of his atlas documenting their travels. These illustrations include 81 plates of aquatints.
