This photograph, taken during the late 1950s, shows members of the Brimfield Volunteer Fire Department in front of the firehouse. The fire engine on the far left is the pumper truck Melvin Waldron was driving when he suffered a fatal heart attack on January 8, 1966. Waldron is not pictured among these firefighters.
