Caption on back of card: The burial plot of Abraham Lincoln's parents is located at Shiloh Cemetery. This shrine, located S.E. of Mattoon and South of Charleston, near the Lincoln Log Cabin State Park, is maintained by the Kiwanis Club of Mattoon, Ill.
Color postcard. Ektachrome by C.L. Bence. The stone pictured on this postcard was erected in 1924, replacing an earlier monument marking the gravesites of Abraham Lincoln's father and stepmother. This cemetery in Pleasant Grove Township was first used as a private graveyard by John Jake Gordon in the late 1830s.
