View of dilapidated nineteenth-century apartments and town houses along West Ontario Street between North Dearborn and North State Streets. Three of these structures are still standing - the partially visible brick building on the extreme left, and the two buildings next to it (20-22 West Ontario, 18 West Ontario; and 16 West Ontario.) The John Hancock Center and Water Tower Place rise behind them. A street-level parking lot is in the foreground....
