Old City Hall building is the round top buillding at the northeast corner of Third and Hampshire. Home of Henry Kolker, Quincy actor, is shown on the southeast corner or Third and Hampshire. Note three modes of transportation: electric streetcar, horse and buggy and automobile. B/w, 7" x 5".
