Corporal Charles Overstreet was the photographer and radioman for the Headquarters Radio Unit of the 252nd Field Artillery Battalion during World War II. During the later part of the war his unit travelled across Germany in a bid to capture Berlin. Corporal Overstreet had many opportunities to take pictures of the German lanscape and architecture while he was there.
