- Description
Six story brick building with large paned front windows. The sixth floor windows are arched, and the eaves stick out from the facade over the windows. A flag is flying on a pole on the roof of the building. The front entrance is a double door that opens onto a sidewalk with a fire hydrant and utility pole. The caption notes Warren Day as the architect.
