Built 1903-1906, this farmhouse on Hawthorne Lane was large enough for several renters. In 1935 a garage mechanic, William Curtis and his wife Ann lived here along with Joe Milligan. In 1939 John and Katherine Porvich, Sam Porvich (who worked at Butler Brothers) and Mildred Porvich (who worked at Sadecky's), lived in the home with rooms let to John Dolnik, John Jancek, Andrew Zbancak, and Thomas Zernanik.
