Residence of G. W. Renwick on the southeast corner of South Spring and Dupage Street. Now downtown campus of Elgin Community College. A wooden walkway leads to raised stone stairs in front of a brick home. The home has decorative columns on each side of the front door, recessed into a small alcove. The home is two stories tall.
