The Evangelist was the official printed magazine and newsletter of the Evangelical Free Church Association, the denominational entity grouping the Norwegian-Danish Free Churches in the USA. Its roots lie in the Norwegian-Danish Free Church Association newspaper in the Norwegian language known as Evangelisten, published from the 1890's to the mid-1950's.
